While Reapplay provides links to applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store along with reviews, we respect the intellectual property rights of application developers and publishers.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on Reapplay, please provide our designated copyright agent with the following information:

    • Each URL should be accompanied by a brief description of the specific content claimed to be infringing.
  4. Contact Information: Your contact information, including:
    • Full legal name
    • Complete mailing address
    • Telephone number
    • Email address
    • Any other information that would allow Reapplay to contact you regarding the claim
  5. Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. Authority Statement: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Important Notices

  • Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
  • Reapplay may, at its discretion, forward the notification (including any personal information provided) to the user responsible for the allegedly infringing material.

Counter-Notification Procedures

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification by providing our designated agent with the following information:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material removed and its former location
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located
  6. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification

Reapplay reserves the right to update this DMCA policy at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use Reapplay after any changes to this policy, you agree to be bound by the updated policy.
